Pursuant to applicable Regulations of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 (hereinafter referred to as SEBI Listing Regulations) including Regulation 30 this is to inform you that the Un-audited Financial Results both standalone and consolidated for the quarter ended June 30 2024 have been signed by the Resolution Professional (RP) while exercising the powers of Board of Directors of the Company which has been conferred upon him in terms of the provisions of Section 17 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 and by the CEO of Siti Networks Limited.Please find enclosed herewith the Un-audited Financial Results for the 1st quarter and financial year ended June 30 2014 as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations along with the Limited Review Reports thereon issued by the Statutory Auditor on the Standalone and Consolidated Results.
