Subsequent to approval of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors of the Company have with effect from 01/December/2025 appointed (i) Mr. Rahul Pandey as the President - Business Operations and Development (Excipients & API Division) and (ii) Mr. Mayank Vyas as the President - Business Development Manager of the Company.
