Further in accordance with Companys Code of Conduct for PIT (Code) read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 as amended the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed and re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company on November 14 2025.
