This is to inform that Take Solutions Limited (the Company) has received a disclosure dated November 08 2025 pursuant to Regulation 7(2)(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (SEBI (Insider Trading) Regulations) as amended from time to time.The said disclosure pertains to disposal of Equity Shares of the Company by Esyspro Infotech Limited a member of Promoter group of the Company.In accordance with Regulation 7(2) (b) of the SEBI (Insider Trading) Regulations the Company has duly notified the particulars of such trading to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (Stock Exchanges).
