The Board have considered and approved the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended on September 30 2025 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby submit the documents as required.
