This is to inform you that Honble National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench-II (NCLT) vide order dated 26th June 2025 has admitted the application under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (Code) thereby initiating Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against the Company (Corporate Debtor). Copy of the admission Order is attached herewith for ready reference. Pursuant to said order Mr. Mayur Rajendralal Popat having IP Registration Number IBBI/ IPA-001/IP-P-01918/2020-21/13046 have been appointed as an Interim Resolution Professional (IRP.)
