We neither brought NRC in cabinet nor in Parliament: PM Modi

New Delhi, Dec 22 (ANI): Addressing a public rally in the national capital, Prime Minister Narendra Modi clarified about the National Register of Citizens (NRC) and said that his government neither brought it in cabinet nor in the Parliament. "NRC came at the time of Congress. Were they sleeping then? We neither brought NRC in cabinet nor in Parliament. If we are passing a legislation to give you ownership rights, in the same session will we bring a legislation to send you out?" asked PM Modi.
