Cerebra Integrated Technologies (CITL), Indiaâ€™s leading total IT solutions provider, has signed a share purchase agreement with Singapore based Enviro-Hub Holdings Ltd (SGX Listed) to acquire 100% of its wholly owned subsidiary Cimelia Resource Recovery Pte Ltd, Singapore. Cerebra proposes to invest approx $20 million (Rs 110 crore) for the proposed acquisition.
