Accordingly his appointment is to beplaced before the Members for regularisation and approval at the proposed EGM.2. Approval of the draft Notice of the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be convenedthrough Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) of the Membersof the Company including the Explanatory Statement annexed thereto and deciding theday date time and venue of the EGM.
