Aban Offshore allots Rs 54 cr worth shares to promoter group member

Deepa Reji Abraham's share holding has increased from 3% of total shares to 5.34%

Aban Offshore Ltd has allotted 13,75,000 shares worth Rs 53.76 crore to Deepa Reji Abraham, belonging to Promoter Group, after the receipt of balance 75% of purchase price in respect of preferential warrants issued in February 2014.

Her share holding in the company has increased from 3% of the total shares in the company to 5.34% of the total shares, after the acquisition.
