Adi Godrej now CII president

Adi Godrej, chairman of the Godrej Group, has been elected president of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for 2012-13. He has succeeded Tata Steel managing director B Muthuraman. Godrej is also chairman of the Indian School of Business. S Gopala-krishnan, co-founder and executive co-chairman, Infosys Technologies, is the president-designate for 2013-14, it said.
