Disney-inspired homes to enter south India

World's largest retail character signs up with Chennai-based real estate developer

Akshaya, Chennai-based real estate developer today announced tie-up with Disney India, to create Disney-inspired homes for one of its "mixed mix up" development coming up in 47 acres, on the outskirts of Chennai. For Disney this will be the fourth such tie-up in the country.

This association, which will be valid for four years, with Disney India, is to created Disney-inspired Homes consisting of Disney-branded accessories including fixtures and fittings, property decor products and more, offering a complete Disney experience to families.

Akshaya will also display the Disney range of products into the common leisure areas of the targeted project, including lobby, swimming pool, play area, gym, nursery school and landscape to encourage enthusiasm and fun-filled family time.

"This association will be the first of its kind partnership in Tamil Nadu and it will reinforce company's position in the innovative residential market," said T Chitty Babu, chairman and CEO,  Akshaya Private Ltd.
