Andhra Bank Q1 net jumps three-fold at Rs 256 cr
Public sector Andhra Bank today said reported three-folds jump in net profit at Rs 256.22 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2009, over the same period last year.
The company had a net profit of Rs 77.62 crore in the same period last year, public sector bank said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Total income rose to Rs 1,742.70 crore in the latest quarter, against Rs 1,266.11 crore in the same period previous fiscal.
