Aspire Systems will be investing between Rs 50-100 crore in the next three years in an attempt to become the leader in the outsourced product development space.

The company is also gearing to double its headcount in its Chennai office from 130 to 260 by 2005. In the first phase the company is setting up a 120,000 sq feet office in its newly acquired land in the Siruseri IT corridor by 2006. They have signed on 12 new clients for the quarter ended June, 2004.

"All our clients are software companies and some of them are Nasdaq listed. Our expertise is in helping our clients spend less time on product development and more time in getting the product into the market and selling it," said Bhoovarahan Thirumalai, co-founder and EVP.
