BoB Q3 net up 41% at Rs 708cr
Public sector Bank of Baroda today said its standalone net profit for the third quarter ended December 31 rose by 41.37 per cent to Rs 708.37 crore.
The company had a net profit of Rs 501.05 crore for the same quarter FY 2008, Bank of Baroda said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The total income of the bank rose to Rs 4,954.49 crore for the quarter under review, against Rs 3,620.18 crore in the corresponding year-ago period.
For the nine-month ended December 31, the bank earned a net profit of Rs 1,474.51 crore, against Rs 1,159.08 crore in the same period last year.
