Brigade Enterprises Limited, the Bangalore-based real estate developer, has opened its first international office in Dubai.
The office is located at Atrium Centre, Bank Street, Bur Dubai.
"Indian real estate sector has seen phenomenal growth and there are Indians abroad who are looking at buying property in India for themselves and also as an investment option. As a first step to reach out to these customers, we have opened our office in Dubai. The Dubai is an important landmark in Brigade's plan to reach out to our customers in the West Asia region. This region throws immense business opportunities for Brigade," said M R Jaishankar, CMD, Brigade Enterprises.
