BSE Training Institute signs MoU with Muscat Securities Market

BSE Training Institute Ltd signed a bilateral co-operation agreement with Muscat Securities Market, Sultanate of Oman on June 12.

Ambarish Datta, managing director, BSE Training Institute Ltd, said, "The BSE Training Institute has been conducting many training programmes in the domain of financial markets over the last 22 years. These programmes have seen very good participation from GCC countries, which have flown down to India to attend these programs. With the increasing importance given to capacity building in the areas of financial markets among GCC countries, there is a strong need for a wide range of training programmes in this domain.

"Therefore, we have decided to set up an institute right here in Muscat in collaboration with Muscat Securities Market. We believe this will go a long way in enhancing the knowledge and skills of market professionals as well as students in this region."
