| While Centum Electronics will hold a 51 per cent stake in the JV Centum Rakon Pvt Ltd, Rakon will hold the rest. The JV aims to achieve Rs 100 crore sales in the next 2-3 years. |

| As part of the JV, Centum will transfer its existing FCP business (worth Rs 25 crore) to Rakon. Similarly, Rakon will move its OCXO (high-end crystal oscillators) design and manufacturing expertise (worth Rs 60 crore) to Bangalore. |

| Centum Managing Director Apparao Mallavarapu said on Wednesday that Racon will have exclusive rights to sell products manufactured by the JV outside India. Centum will sell products of the JV within India. |

| The manufacture of select products, presently being carried out in France, will be moved to India over the next six months. Rakon MD Brent Robinson said moving some of the manufacturing capacity to India was consistent with the constant evolution of the company's international manufacturing model. |
