City Union Bank today said its Board of directors has fixed the issue price for its proposed rights issue at Rs 20 per share.
"...The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on November 3, 2012, has fixed Rs 20 per equity share (Re 1 per share towards face value and Rs 19 towards premium) as the issue price for the proposed rights issue of equity shares," the bank said in a BSE filing.
It will issue a total of 10.24 crore equity shares under the rights issue, while 2.65 crore shares will be reserved for employees.
Shares of the bank had closed at Rs 59.70 apiece on the BSE yesterday, up 1.62% from previous close.
