Two-wheeler manufacturer Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) today reported a 38.95 per cent increase in its total sales at 1,00,162 units in November as compared to 72,085 units in the same month last year.
Motorcycle sales rose by 62.92 per cent to 37,158 units in the month over 22,808 units in the corresponding month in 2007, HMSI said in a statement.
The company reported a 27.86 per cent increase in scooter sales at 63,004 units in November compared to 49,277 units in the year-ago period.
