Indo Tech's transformer plant ready

Indo Tech Transformers Ltd commissioned a power transformer plant to manufacture 220 and 400-KV class power transformers near Kancheepuram on Friday.

The plant has been built on a 30-acre plot with a built-up area of 110,000 sq ft for Rs 65 crore.

With the inauguration of this plant, Chennai-based Indo Tech Transformers Ltd's has installed capacity has reached 7,450 MVA. It is expected to provide direct employment to over 200 personnel.
