Infibeam's net profit rises 237% in the June quarter

Total revenue increases 22% on a year-on-year basis

Ahmedabad-based e-commerce company Infibeam Incorporation Ltd posted a net profit of Rs 9.6 crore for the first quarter ended June, a rise of 237 per cent from Rs 2.8 crore reported in the corresponding period last year.

The company's total revenues were Rs 103 crore, 22 per cent up on a year-on-year basis, compared with Rs 84 crore last year.

"The company has reported growth in product revenue by 15 per cent (at Rs 71 crore) and service revenue (at Rs 32 crore) by 43 per cent as compared to corresponding first quarter a year ago," Infibeam stated.

This is the first quarterly results by the company post its listing on the stock exchanges on April 4, 2016.
