JM Financial today said the company is not in talks with Goldman Sachs for stake sale.
"JM Financial has clarified to BSE that the company is not involved in any kind of discussions with Goldman Sachs for sale of stake in JM Financial," it said in a filing to BSE.
Shares of JM Financial today ended at Rs 17.50 apiece on the BSE, down 1.41% from their previous close.
JM Financial offers services in investment banking, institutional equity sales, trading, research and broking, wealth management, portfolio management, asset management, private equity and asset reconstruction.
