Madhucon Projects bags Rs 1,200 cr NHAI order

Construction firm Madhucon Projects today said it has bagged around Rs 1,200 crore project from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the widening of a 83 kilometre stretch in West Bengal.

"Madhucon Projects has received a letter of award from NHAI for four-laning of Barsasat-Krishnagar section of NH-34 in West Bengal," the company said in a statement.

The infrastructure company will build, design, finance, operate and transfer the project which is to be constructed in around three years, it added.

Madhucon Projects, as on date, has orders of Rs 4,100 crore, the statement added.
