Ishanya, India's first design centre and specialty mall for interiors and exteriors, is now firmly on course for a phased launch by end of June.

Initially, with plans for a phased launch starting from October 2006, the 5.50 lakh sq ft mall will be launched with Chroma launching its operations by June-end.

"By August all tenants will have launched their operations," said Sailesh Mehta, vice chairman and managing director, Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corp (DPFC).

With 76 per cent of the booking complete, Mehta said the mall has stopped leasing space presently.
