| Styled as a boutique five-star hotel it has 30 rooms. It is situated at University Road in the premises of the E-Square multiplex. The multiplex also houses the groups food court, 6-8 fast food restaurants like The Pizzeri, Roti!, Dosa Diner, and more. |
| "The hotel is built at a cost of Rs 10 crore and it offers an Oriental Restaurant, a bar and a banquet hall. It is our second property. The first being in Colaba, Mumbai," said Narang. He also defined it as a small hotel big on style. |
| Speaking on his future plans, Narang said, "We plan to invest Rs 100 crore, per annum over the next three years. Opening of third Gordon House Hotel in Sahar, Mumbai is also in the pipeline. Other plans include expanding our food court business to more multiplexes and malls across the country in Delhi, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Pune and other tier II cities." |
| The group also plans to set up its inflight catering service kitchen, Sky Gourmet in Pune to cater to the international airport of Pune and expand its Birdy's chain to Pune. An acquisition in north Mumbai is also in their plans. |
| "By March 2006 we will open a restaurant in New Jersey and subsequently in London as well," he said. |
