India's biggest car maker Maruti Suzuki will launch a compact sports utility vehicle Vitara Brezza next month. The global unveil of the small SUV will take place at the Delhi Auto Expo in the first week of February.
The first sketch of Vitara Brezza points to a stylish compact SUV designed to appeal the urban SUV customer, stated a release from the Delhi-based company. Brezza is Italian meaning "fresh breeze".
In the words of the designer: "Balanced proportion supported by square wheel arches, short overhangs, high ground clearance and upright hood gives the vehicle a confident stance. The raising belt and rocker lines, and the roofline that slopes down gently towards the rear give the vehicle a dynamic posture", added the release.
The all-new model marks Maruti's entry into the sub Rs 10 lakh segment, which is led by Mahindra & Mahindra, Hyundai, Ford and Renault.
