MiraMed acquires Plexus Management, Plexus Information

MiraMed Global Services (MiraMed), the parent company of Ajuba Solutions India, today announced the acquisition of Plexus Management Group, Inc (Plexus MG) and Plexus Information Systems, Inc. (Plexus IS).  

The company did not disclose the value of the acquistion.

Plexus MG is a consulting service and practice management organisation catering mainly to hospitals and physician groups. Plexus IS is an anesthesia information management systems provider.

“This acquisition would further increase the scale of back end processes at Ajuba Solutions India,” said the company.

MiraMed is a healthcare BPO.
