MLS launches India operations

MLS India expects a turnover of Rs 10 crore at the end of fiscal 2008, and is targeting Rs 20 crore in revenues at the end of 2008-09. It will invest over Rs 25 crore in India by the end of fiscal 2009, when five new centres are expected to become operational. |

| MLS sees big demand for quality commercial space for all sectors, especially MNCs, who are moving in to set up base in India. It has tied up with international property agents like Jones Lang LaSalle, CB Richard Ellis South Asia, and Colliers International to market the space. |
