Portal would cater to both job seekers and industrial sector employers
Lucknow-headquartered Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) chamber Indian Industries Association (IIA) has launched a job portal.
The unique portal would cater to both job seekers and industrial sector employers.
The portal nicknamed 'IIA Employment Services' has been linked to the official website of IIA at <http://www.iiaonline.in/resumeindex.php>.
"This portal has been designed with an objective to provide an easy and free service to the students and job seekers for getting employment in industrial units," IIA media coordination cell chairman Prashant Bhatiya said here today.
The industries/employers could also upload their respective vacancies on the portal. The job seekers would be able to see these vacancies and apply online.
The employers in turn would go through the resumes and interact with the job seekers for possible offer of employment.
Bhatiya noted the portal provides an excellent opportunity for job seekers to get the desired employment and job profile.
Besides, educational and professional institutions could also get their students placed at prestigious industrial organisations through the portal.
While, IIA has network of over 7,000 member industries, the portal would allow even the non-members at the national and international level to register with it.
