Global consultancy major Ernst & Young (E&Y) today announced the appointment of Brijmohan Lall Munjal, chairman, Hero Group, and the winner of the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year award 2001, to the international panel of judges for the Ernst & Young World Entrepreneur of the year (WEOY) awards program. He is the first Indian to be selected to the jury.
Entrepreneur of the Year award winners from 27 countries will participate in the World Entrepreneur of the Year 2003 contest to be held at Monte Carlo, Monaco, between June 5 and June 8, 2003.
The countries participating in the WEOY awards programme include Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, The Caribbean, the Czech republic, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, United States, United Kingdom.
