Leading network and application services provider Net4India's consolidated net profit rose 84% at Rs 21.13 crore in 2010-11 as against Rs 11.50 crore in the previous fiscal.
The overall sales for the year stood at Rs 304 crore, up 56% from Rs 195 crore in FY10.
"The growth this year came in from across all our service offerings with a robust demand coming from the clients for data centres and cloud server space," Net4India's Chairman and Managing Director Jasjit Sawhney told reporters here.
The company's performance in the last quarter of the fiscal was also impressive as revenue grew 53% to Rs 92-crore from Rs 60-crore while PAT grew 79% to Rs 5.9-crore from Rs 3.3-crore.
"The market for our services is growing given the fact that Indian businesses are still highly under-represented," he said adding that in going forward the focus would be on acquiring more clients and ensuring market growth.
The Noida-based company, which provides solutions in Web Presence, Data Centre, Enterprise Internet Access, Network and System Integration and VoiP to small and mid-sized businesses, has over 3,00,000 customers at present.
Corporate e-mail and messaging services contributed the maximum to the bottom line, Sawhney said adding that the company will invest close to Rs 70-crore over the next three years.
It is planning to set up a new data centre in Chennai at an investment of Rs 50-crore and will add 15,000 sq ft of space to its already existing 17,000 square feet across 7 cities.
