Network18 Media and Investments Ltd Wednesday reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 3.70 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2016.

The company had reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 10.58 crore during January-March last fiscal.

Total consolidated income from operations during fourth quarter of 2015-16 stood at Rs 902.93 crore, up 7.31%, as against Rs 841.42 crore during the same quarter of last fiscal.

Shares of Network18 Media closed 4.09% up at Rs 44.55 per scrip on BSE.
