Pfizer Sews Up Parke-Davis Merger
The merger between Pfizer India and Parke-Davis India Ltd is finally complete and the new entity has emerged as the fourth largest pharma company in the country with a turnover exceeding Rs 600 crore and a combined sales force of over 1,200 medical representatives.
Post-merger, Pfizer also intends to shed its conservative image and has drawn up an aggressive corporate image building plan.
