| Launched in 2002, the resort recently underwent a refurbishment at an overall investment of Rs 20 crore. It operates another resort ""- Radisson Plaza & Resort at Kumarakom in Kerala. |

| The Phoenix Group is also developing business hotels in other parts of the country. It has commenced construction on a 5-star business hotel project in Bangalore's Whitefield area. |

| The group has procured land adjacent to the upcoming Bangalore International Airport at Devanahalli to develop another property. |

| The group is presently in final stages of procuring sites for business hotels in Chennai and Hyderabad, the press release said. It also intends to venture into other cities such as Kochi, Ahmedabad and Jaipur. |
