Financial services provider Religare Enterprises today reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 63.24 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2009, while it had a net profit of Rs 21.92 crore in the same period ended March 2008.
Total income of the company declined to Rs 212.43 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2009, from Rs 263.75 crore in the same period last year.
For the year ended March 31, 2009, the company has posted a consolidated net loss of Rs 63.58 crore, while it had a net profit of Rs 91.97 crore in the same period last year.
Shares of Religare Enterprises today settled at Rs 400.60, down 0.45 per cent on the BSE.
