The net profit of textile major S Kumars Nationwide Ltd (SKNL) increased 76.58 per cent to touch Rs 106.11 crore for the year ended March 31, 2010, as against Rs 60.09 crore last year. Net sales increased 39 per cent to touch Rs 2,154.82 crore for the year, as against Rs 1,550.23 crore last year.
The company's earnings per share for the year was Rs 4.49 vis-a-vis Rs 2.74 last year.
The stock of SKNL was trading up 1.39 per cent at 2.20 pm today. The share price was hovering in the region of Rs 72.90 respectively.
