While Sapna Book House did not disclose the deal valuation, it said, Ishita Technologies was valued at $13 million in its previous rounds of fund-raising.
Bookadda.com is an online book store, while Acadzone.com offers textbooks and competitive exam preparation materials online. Koolskool.com too sells textbooks and other study aids through the Internet.

“The amalgamation of these brands will enable SapnaOnline to establish technologically empowered end-to-end offerings and provide a one-stop solution to the education and readership market,” SapnaOnline said in a release. “It will also increase the product offerings to Sapna’s existing clientele of 10,800 schools and institutions.”
The transaction was facilitated by Moneyville Financials, the release said.
