Sas Plans To Roll Out Crm Solutions

SAS India, the US-based business intelligence solutions giant, is planning to bring to India customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.
Based on a predictive model, the solution will help companies identify their most productive future clients.
This solution, a SAS executive said, will allow companies to give a lifetime value (LTV) score to their customers, a score that will allow these companies to judge how important each customer will be in the future.
Thereby, the companies can plan and direct their marketing campaigns at their top customers so as to retain and pamper them.
