Shriram EPC bags orders worth Rs 156 cr

Engineering firm Shriram EPC (SEPC) today said it has bagged three orders worth Rs 156 crore for construction related works.

The company's subsidiary, Hamon Shriram Cottrell, has bagged an order worth Rs 90 crore from Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals for setting up a cooling treatment plant," SEPC said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

The scope of the work includes designing, engineering and supply of materials. The completion period of the project is 18 months, it said.

Further, SEPC has bagged an order worth Rs 36 crore from Kerala Water Authority for a clear water transmission pipeline project at Kochi, the filing said.

The completion period for the project is 12 months, it said.

Besides, the company bagged another contract worth Rs 30 crore from Kerala Feeds for a cattle feed plant, which would be completed in 12 months period, it said.

"It is heartening to note that orders are for different verticals highlighting the diversification of our business model," CEO & MD SEPC T Shivaraman said.
