Sintex Q1 net profit at Rs 58 cr

Sintex Industries Limited has posted a net profit of Rs 58.12 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2010 as compared to Rs 48.22 crore for the corresponding quarter last year.

In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the company said that its total Income has increased from Rs 391.77 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2009 to Rs 541.13 crore in the same quarter last year.

The stocks were trading at Rs 323 down 0.55 per cent from its previous close at BSE.
