Sonata sets up German centre

Sonata Software Ltd. (Sonata) has announced the setting up of its German subsidiary, Sonata Software GmbH, in Frankfurt.
 
The German subsidiary has been set up with the objective of consolidating Sonata's presence in the European Union and to cater to the IT needs of the rapidly growing German and West European markets.
 
According to B Ramaswamy, president and managing director of Sonata, said, "Our long-term strategy is to establish a local presence in all the key markets, and be where the customers are. The German subsidiary would go a long way in reinforcing our commitment to existing customers and help us serve new clients faster and better, with our proven global delivery model. Also, Europe holds significant promise for us and we foresee significant traction in the coming years."
 
With the establishment of the subsidiary in Frankfurt, Sonata's worldwide presence goes up to 12 and includes footprint in three locations in Europe.
 
Sonata has been servicing its clients worldover for 18 years.
