Sun Pharma Q1 consolidated net at Rs 796 cr

Pharma major Sun Pharmaceuticals has reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 795.5 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2012.

The firm's consoldated net sales wer at Rs 2,658 crore for the April-June quarter.

It's EBITDA stood at Rs 1,242.2 crore for the quarter under review.

The company has declared that it will pay an interim dividend of Rs 4.25 per share.

At the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), share of Sun Pharma were trading at Rs 673 apiece, down 0.58% from the previous day's close at 2:35 pm.
