Yet another senior executive exited from the IT business unit of Mahindra and Mahindra, as its two business arms--Tech Mahindra and Mahindra Satyam-- are to start their integration process.

Rajesh Chandiramani, Head India Business at Tech Mahindra has quit the company to join France-based consulting and IT services firm Capgemini. He was with Tech Mahindra since 2005. Since 2008, he was given the mandate to grow sales in India.

Sources confirmed that Chandiramani has joined Capgemini as Vice President Sales. When contacted Capgemini India office, a spokesperson confirmed the appointment but did not comment on his role.

Earlier this month, Atul Kunwar, heading Global Sales at Mahindra Satyam also quit the company. Kunwar was among the top seven executives directly reporting into the CEO and also a key member brought in from Tech Mahindra to Mahindra Satyam. While it is yet not known what would be Kunwar’s next assignment, sources said that he was in talks with some India focused private equity firms. However, this could not be confirmed.
