Total two wheeler sales rose by 32 per cent to 194,128 units in July 2014, from 146,671 units recorded in July 2013. Domestic two wheeler sales grew by 30 per cent to 164,571 units in July 2014 from 126,531 units in July 2013.
Scooters sales of the company grew by 64 per cent increasing from 36,900 units in July 2013 to 60,619 units in July 2014. Motorcycles sales grew by 33 per cent increasing from 57,886 units in the month of July 2013 to 76,767 units in July 2014.
Company's total exports grew by 41 per cent with sales increasing from 26,145 units in the month of July 2013 to 36,986 units in July 2014. Two wheeler exports registered a growth of 47 per cent with sales increasing from 20,140 units in July 2013 to 29,557 units in July 2014.
Three wheeler sales of the company registered an increase of 28 per cent, growing from 7,005 units in July 2013 to 8,964 units in July 2014.
