Udayan Bose joins board of Rel Cap

Udayan Bose, former managing director of Lazard U.K. and USA and founder chairman of Lazard India, has joined the board of directors of Reliance Capital w.e.f December 29, 2005. This was announced in a release issued by Reliance Capital to the BSE today.
