The Usha Martin group today announced its foray into talent search with the launch of Usha Martin People Search (UMPS) as a division of Usha Martin Education & Solutions Limited.
CEO of UMPS Arvind Mukker said the division is in dialogue with 40 companies across the country for doing their head hunting exercise.
The UMPS would also assist students passing out from Usha Martin Academy with business management qualifications in getting placements, Mukker told reporters.
