A local court in Bihar's Gaya on Monday adjourned the bail petition of Bindeshwari Yadav, alias, Bindi Yadav, father of Rocky Yadav, who is the main accused in the teenager Aditya Sachdeva murder case till June 9 due to non-submission of case diary.
Bindi Yadav is presently lodged in a jail after he was arrested on his alleged involvement in helping his son and hiding evidences in the murder case.
The case hearing could not take place on June 1 due to non-submission of case diary.
Aditya Sachdeva, a businessman's son and Class 12th student, was allegedly shot dead by Rocky Yadav for overtaking his vehicle here on May 7.
Police had arrested Rocky on the May 10, while his father Bindi Yadav was arrested on May 8.
