Law Minister Salman Khurshid allegedly has dared anti corruption activist Arvind Kejriwal to come to his constituency of Farukkhabad.

Khurshid allegedly told a news channel that Kejriwal could go to the place but he would return never from there. He has been quoted as saying that he had so far used the pen to counter the accusations against his Zakir Hussain Memorial Trust but now it was time to replace ink with blood.

Kejriwal has hit back at Khurshid, saying that the language used by him does not befit a Law Minister.

He further said that killing him wont help. The whole country has woken up . If one Arvind dies, hundred Arvind would rise, he said on Twitter.

Kejriwal said that it was time for the Congress to take concrete steps against corruption rather than threaten him.

Rather than threatening like this, it would be better that Congress sensed the anger of the people and took some concrete steps against corruption, he said.

Dr Kumar Vishwas, another member of IAC, said that Khurshid's language did not seem to be coming from an Oxford educated person.

Arvind Kejriwal had alongwith a disabled activist K K Dikshit made revelations that grants worth Rs 71 lakh sanctioned to the trust run by Salman Khurshid's wife had not been used for the purpose they were given, ie. distribution of equipment to disabled persons in 10 out of the 17 districts they were meant for.

Khurshid responded with a press conference where he admitted that an inquiry was needed into some letters given on the trust's behalf, which had forged signatures of Uttar Pradesh district officials. But he claimed that all the camps were held and equipment distributed to beneficiaries.
