Victory a stepping stone to BCCI: Former IPL chief

The president of the Rajasthan Cricket Association (RCA), Lalit Modi, on Tuesday said winning the polls was the first step to returning to the Board of Control for Cricket in India.

"It has been four years since I have been fighting the previous cricket establishment at RCA because of the deteriorating facilities."
